NEWSLETTER
"Handelskammer" is our monthly newsletter with a circulation of approximately 10,000.  This newsletter is mailed to our 1,900 members and is inserted in the city's local newspaper at the end of each month.  Your business can place ads or flyers  in this newsletter for rates starting as low as $50.   Contact Phyllis Foerster at (830)625-2385.

MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORIES/RELOCATION GUIDE
 We print 20,000 Membership Directories/Relocation Guides annually.  These magazines are distributed to the Chamber membership and also used as a Visitor and Relocation Guide for potential newcomers to the area through The Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, Inc. main office and highway visitor center.  For more information, call Phyllis Foerster at (830)625-2385.

BUSINESS AFTER HOURS
This popular Chamber networking event is held monthly.  Sponsor fee is $250.  This covers the expense of printing invitations and $50 to be added to Chamber cash drawing.   The locations, refreshments and entertainment are the responsibility of the sponsor.  The sponsor is given time to speak at the event and promote their business.   Some sponsors have co-sponsors join them to put on the event.  Call Phyllis Foerster at (830)625-2385.

BUSINESS TRADE SHOW
The Business Trade Show is designed to give businesses an opportunity to display their products and services.  Nearly 1,600 attend each year.   Booth space is limited, but sponsorships are available.  The 2005 member booth cost was $450 and non member cost was $600.  Call Rita Kaufmann Powell at (830)625-2385.

CHAMBER MAP
There are 15,000 city/county maps produced and distributed annually through various sources.   Advertising rates vary.  This is the only street map distributed by the Chamber at its main office and at the highway visitor center.  Call Judy Young at (830)625-2385.

PAC/TAC CARDS
Perfect Attendance Cards (PAC) and Teacher Appreciation Cards (TAC) are printed each school year by the Chamber for distribution in the local schools.  These cards offer discounts to students and teachers from The Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, Inc. business members only.  Each year over 17,000 families are exposed to these offers.   The PAC cards are distributed each nine week period and the TAC cards are good May through September.  Participation is free to Chamber members.  Contact Sandi Schendel at (830)625-2385.

INTERNET "LINKS"
Every Chamber member is on the Chamber website free!  If your business has a homepage on the Internet, your business listing on the Chamber's page can be linked to your homepage.  If you  have E-mail capability, we can link your E-mail address as well.   Advertising opportunities are also available.  For more information call (830)625-2385 or nbcc@nbcham.org .

BROCHURES DISPLAYED
Members may display flyers or brochures in the Chamber's main office in downtown New Braunfels free of charge.  Visitor-oriented businesses may display brochures at both the downtown chamber office and the highway visitor center free of charge.

Visitor-oriented special events and attractions can also advertise on the Chamber's Highway Billboard or inside the highway visitor center and posted on the calendar of events.   Call Judy Young at (830)625-2385 for rates and schedules.

RIBBON CUTTINGS
Upon request, new members receive a ribbon cutting hosted by Chamber Blue Coats at no charge.  We will also take pictures at the event and include in Chamber's monthly newsletter and e-mail to membership for free publicity for your business.  For more information call Phyllis Foerster at (830)625-2385.

CHAMBER MEMBERSHIP SEAL
Proudly display our Chamber's membership logo in your business and let others know you belong to this prestigious organization of leaders in the community.  The logo decal is free of charge to Chamber members.

CHAMBER ANNUAL MEETING AND BANQUET
This event is held each January with over 700 in attendance.  Tickets to the event are $40 and attendees received a delicious meal, a gift memento, an audio-visual presentation and various award presentations.  For more information call Phyllis Foerster at (830)625-2385.

TEXAS LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE
The Texas Legislative Conference and Texan of the Year Reception is held in the New Braunfels Civic Center.  The 40th annual event is scheduled for March 23-24, 2006.  Co-sponsorships are $6,000 and is currently set at a maximum of six (6).  The Associate Sponsor fee is $350 and includes 4 tickets to the TOTY reception Thursday evening and the conference on Friday.  Tickets to each individual event are also available.  Call Alice Hernandez at (830)625-2385.

PUBLICATIONS
The Chamber provides the most current, comprehensive information on the community.  Publications such as the New Braunfels Economic Indicator, Industrial Data Guides, Demographics Packets, Clubs & Organizations Lists and the Chamber's membership list or labels are available to Chamber members at a discounted price.  For a list of Chamber Publications, call Phyllis Foerster at (830)625-2385.
