New Braunfels Economic Development Re-branded as Build NB

New look better represents the public-private partnership devoted to economic development activities

New Braunfels, TX, July 1, 2008 - The private-public partnership between the City of New Braunfels, Economic Development Foundation and the Chamber of Commerce has been rebranded as “Build NB” to express the desire to further build New Braunfels into thriving business and industry sectors.

The rebrand will better represent the private and public entities that fund marketing initiatives and communicate more effectively local recruitment efforts:  growing opportunities and building communities.

“We want the current/future citizens and business owners to have a one-stop location for all of the economic development questions and needs,” states Matt Harrison, President of the city-appointed New Braunfels Industrial Development Corporation.

The new logo for Build NB will be integrated into all marketing materials throughout the next year and most prominently displayed on the updated website to be debuted in the fall of 2008 at www.buildnb.org. In continuance of the rebranding effort, a new color palette has emerged as well as a contemporary tone infused into our written communication to better reflect how New Braunfels does business.

“While rebranding the name itself, the services provided and operations will remain unchanged,” says Barry Williams, Chairman of the Greater New Braunfels Economic Development Foundation. “The community’s same economic development staff is committed to serving and communicating with our customers, but now in a more cohesive approach.”
